Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

Before going abroad it is advisable to check that you are up to date with the relevant vaccinations and travel advice. If you ask a member of reception for a travel advice form and fill it in at least 8 weeks before your holiday, we can ensure we contact you with the current travel advice. You may need to come into the surgery to discuss any risks with the nurse and to plan a vaccination schedule if it is required. The surgery offers NHS travel vaccines ONLY which include, Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio, MMR, Hepatitis A, Thyphoid and Chlorea.  Private clinics listed on the travel health form will have individual charges applied for vaccines.
