You may need to come into the surgery to discuss any risks with the nurse and to plan a vaccination schedule if it is required. The surgery offers NHS travel vaccines ONLY which include, Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio, MMR, Hepatitis A, Thyphoid and Chlorea.  Private clinics listed on the travel health form will have individual charges applied for vaccines.
